分子肿瘤生物样本库

分子肿瘤遗传资源是指包含遗传信息的肿瘤患者腹腔积液、胸腔积液、脑脊液、全血、白细胞、血浆、DNA、细胞系、新鲜组织、石蜡包埋组织等样本，涉及肺癌、血液病、乳腺癌等多种肿瘤。该专题资源库用于研究中国肿瘤人群中的高频突变，筛选针对于中国人的疾病关联位点；通过不断扩充数据库的样本数量和数据量，筛选适合中国肿瘤患者的特异性变异位点，一方面提高诊断的准确率，研制适合中国肿瘤患者的精准检测芯片，另一方面支撑下游生物靶点与靶向药物开发，协助医生制定个体化的治疗方案。

Molecular Tumor Genetic Resources refer to genetic information-carrying samples derived from tumor patients, including ascites, pleural effusion, cerebrospinal fluid, whole blood, leukocytes, plasma, DNA, cell lines, fresh tissues, paraffin-embedded tissues and other specimen types, covering a variety of tumors such as lung cancer, hematological malignancies and breast cancer. This specialized resource database is used to study high-frequency mutations in Chinese tumor patient cohorts and screen disease-associated loci specific to the Chinese population. By continuously expanding the sample size and data volume of the database, it aims to screen specific variant sites suitable for Chinese tumor patients. On one hand, this helps improve diagnostic accuracy and develop precision diagnostic chips tailored for Chinese tumor patients; on the other hand, it supports downstream research on biological targets and targeted drug development, and assists clinicians in formulating individualized treatment plans.
