α-helices in (α+β)+(α/β) proteins

Dataset containing physical-chemical and strucutural descriptors for α-helices and its flanking regions.<br><br>Only α-helices from <b>(α+β)+(α/β) proteins</b> are eligible for this dataset.<br>Data is organized into sections. Each section begins with the following header: l<b>ength, pdb_name, chain_id, flag, position, [parameter]</b>.<br><b>length </b>is the number of amino acid residues comprising the α-helix.<br><b>flag </b>indicates the amino acid residue underlying region, namely: flanking region before the α-helix().<br><b>[parameter]</b>: paramater's value for the given amino acid residue. All parameters are extracted from the STING Database.

本数据集收录了α螺旋（α-helix）及其侧翼区域的理化与结构描述符。

本数据集仅收录源自(α+β)+(α/β)蛋白的α螺旋。
数据以章节为单位进行组织，每个章节均以如下表头起始：长度（length）、pdb编号（pdb_name）、链ID（chain_id）、标记（flag）、位置（position）、[参数（parameter）]。
其中，长度指构成该α螺旋的氨基酸残基数目。
标记用于指示对应区域的氨基酸残基，具体为：α螺旋前的侧翼区域。
[parameter]为对应氨基酸残基的参数取值，所有参数均提取自STING数据库。
