NRS-10621 | Ministerial registers

These are printouts of computerised registers to letters received by the Minister. For each letter the following information is recorded: registered ministerial letter number, date in, Member of Parliament referred by, name of sender, topic, fate (this is, where sent eg. HEB = Higher Education Board; CAMP = Campaign letters kept with Ministerial Correspondence Unit; MO = Minister's Office), date out and date due (deadline for response). There are five parts to the registers: RML list, 2 January 1987 - 31 July 1990; RML final list, 2 January 1986 - 24 December 1987; Alphabetical list, January 1988 - December 1989; Premier's list, 20 January 1989 - 10 January 1990; and Campaign list, 9 November 1984 - 7 March 1990.
