The increase of atmospheric CO2 concentration (CO2) will inevitably affect the photosynthesis of C3 plants, including rice plants. The comparative transcriptome is used to clarify the metabolic changes of rice plants under elevated CO2 and the changes after being damaged by Nilaparvata lugens, which is helpful to clarify the interaction between rice plants and Nilaparvata lugens under future climate change.
