Dataset underlying the Report of the Publication Analysis GOAL

The swissuniversities-funded project GOAL (Unlocking the Green Open Access PotentiaL in scholarly and professional journals in Switzerland) aims to negotiate second publication policies with editors of practice-oriented journals, which are central for members of universities of applied sciences and universities of teacher education. As a first step, an analysis of the publication output of the largest universities of applied sciences and universities of teacher education in Switzerland for the years 2017-2021 was carried out to find out in which journals they publish most frequently. The data set complements the results of the publication analysis already prepared and published in 2020 as part of the OA-EASI project (Open Access for Educational and Applied Sciences).由瑞士大学联盟（swissuniversities）资助的GOAL项目，全称为《解锁瑞士学术与专业期刊的绿色开放获取潜力》（Unlocking the Green Open Access Potential in scholarly and professional journals in Switzerland），旨在与应用型期刊的编辑磋商二次刊载政策——这类期刊是瑞士应用科学大学与教师教育大学成员的核心发表渠道。作为项目的首要环节，研究团队对瑞士规模最大的应用科学大学与教师教育大学2017至2021年间的科研产出展开分析，以明确其学者最常发表成果的期刊名录。本数据集作为补充，完善了2020年作为OA-EASI项目（教育与应用科学开放获取项目，Open Access for Educational and Applied Sciences）一部分完成并发布的刊载分析结果。
