Synthetic Augmentation of Bilirubin Metabolism in Human Pluripotent Stem Cell-derived Liver Organoids

To investigate the efect of perturbation of glucocorticoid signaling on the difference between the biliurbin metabolism in HLOs after treatment with drugs. We performed RNAseq on control HLOs compared to HLOs treated with Mifepristone (1uM) after treatment with bilirubin (10 mg/L).

为探究糖皮质激素信号通路扰动对药物处理后人肝脏类器官（HLOs）中胆红素代谢差异的影响，我们先对所有HLOs施以胆红素（10 mg/L）处理，随后对其中的对照组HLOs与经米非司酮（Mifepristone，1 μM）处理的HLOs开展了RNA测序（RNAseq）。
