This file contains the ileum microbiomes of 35 day old Gpx1/2-DKO mice, mice treated with antibiotics from 22-35 days of age (metronidazole, vancomycin, streptomycin) and non-DKO mice (Gpx1+/-Gpx2-/- or Gpx1-/-Gpx2+/-) annotated by group.<br>mRNA levels of Duox2 and Nox1 in the same groups
