Wnt/b-catening dependent HCC mouse models was used to assess T-UCR profiles in mice HCC downstream of Wnt/b-catening pathway. Overall design: APC fl/fl (n=3) mice developed Wnt/b-catenin dependent HCC and were compared to APC +/+ (n=3) control mice (no tumour). Sample tables include normalized data for both mRNA and lncRNA probes.
本研究采用依赖于Wnt/β-连环蛋白(Wnt/β-catenin)的肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma, HCC)小鼠模型,以评估小鼠肝细胞癌中处于Wnt/β-连环蛋白通路下游的转录超保守区域(T-UCR)表达谱。整体实验设计:3只APC flox/flox(APC fl/fl)小鼠可自发形成依赖于Wnt/β-连环蛋白的肝细胞癌,将其与3只APC野生型(APC +/+)对照小鼠(无肿瘤发生)进行比较。样本表格包含mRNA与长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)探针的标准化数据。
