Characterization of human ILC2 subsets

To characterize a novel human ILC2 subset found in peripheral blood, RNAseq was performed. Other ILC subsets from blood and tonsil were also included. ILC subsets were sort purified, and immediately lysed for RNA extraction. RNAseq was performed using SmartSeq technology.

为对外周血中发现的新型人源2型固有淋巴样细胞（ILC2）亚群进行特征鉴定，本研究开展了RNA测序（RNA sequencing, RNAseq）实验。本研究同时纳入了来源于血液与扁桃体的其他固有淋巴样细胞亚群。所有固有淋巴样细胞亚群均经分选纯化后立即裂解以提取RNA，并采用SmartSeq技术完成RNA测序。
