BKPyV VLP binding experiment on 293TT cells Barcoded antigens and hashtag antibodies used for different cell populations are listed in file Agbarcodes_HTOhashtags_SM2309.csv UMI counts for antigen barcodes and HTO antibodies for all QC validated cells in file DM141_Antigen-HTO_counts.csv UMI counts for antigen barcodes and HTO antibodies for QC validated cells in populations 1 to 7 (at least one positive hashtag antibody) in file DM141_Antigen-HTO_counts_Pop1to7.csv UMAP generated from log transformed antigen barcode UMI counts, with cluster ID and heatscale for individual antigen barcodes in file Clustree_Leiden_pops1to7.zip针对293TT细胞的BK多瘤病毒(BK polyomavirus, BKPyV)病毒样颗粒(Virus-like particle, VLP)结合实验 用于区分不同细胞群的条形码化抗原与标签抗体的相关信息，已列于文件Agbarcodes_HTOhashtags_SM2309.csv中。 所有经质控验证的细胞的抗原条形码与标签寡核苷酸(Hashtag Oligonucleotide, HTO)抗体的唯一分子标识符(Unique Molecular Identifier, UMI)计数信息，存储于文件DM141_Antigen-HTO_counts.csv中。 群体1至7（至少携带1个阳性标签抗体）中经质控验证的细胞的抗原条形码与HTO抗体的UMI计数信息，存储于文件DM141_Antigen-HTO_counts_Pop1to7.csv中。 基于对数转换后的抗原条形码UMI计数生成的均匀流形近似与投影(Uniform Manifold Approximation and Projection, UMAP)，包含聚类ID与单个抗原条形码的热标尺信息，存储于压缩文件Clustree_Leiden_pops1to7.zip中。
