The salt-tolerant growth-promoting strain was screened from saline-alkali soil, and its genetic characteristics were determined. The strain was determined to be Bacillus, and its salinity tolerance was analyzed. The germination and salt-promoting effect of tomato seeds under salt stress were tested. The results showed that the salinity tolerance of the strain was 0-8%, the optimum salinity tolerance was 4-6%, and the optimum pH range for growth was 7-9. The bacterial liquid and strain liquid prepared by Bacillus RA can significantly improve the salt tolerance and promote growth of tomato under salt stress, which is helpful to improve the salt tolerance of tomato and reduce the use of chemical fertilizer. The salt tolerant growth promoting strain and its liquid have a wide application prospect.
本研究从盐碱土壤中筛选得到一株耐盐促生菌株,并对其遗传特性进行了系统鉴定。经鉴定该菌株隶属于芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus),并对其耐盐性能展开了全面分析。同时开展了该菌株在盐胁迫环境下对番茄种子萌发及促生效应的试验验证。结果显示,该菌株的耐盐浓度范围为0%~8%,最适耐盐浓度区间为4%~6%,其生长的最适pH范围为7~9。由芽孢杆菌RA(Bacillus RA)制备的菌液与菌株悬浮液,可在盐胁迫条件下显著提升番茄的耐盐能力并促进植株生长,有助于增强番茄的耐盐性并减少化学肥料的使用量。该耐盐促生菌株及其配套菌液具备广阔的应用前景。
