Bacillus amyloliquefaciens QV15 (CECT 9371) bacterial strain, microorganism of the Gram + bacteria group, genus Bacillus, stimulant of secondary metabolism of phenolic compounds, improver of fruit extracts and raspberry leaf and strawberry on enzymes related to the regulation of blood glucose (alpha glucosidase), hypertension (ACE angiotensin converting enzyme), and inflammation (COX2 cycloxygenase). This strain has been isolated from the rhizosphere of Pinus pinea, in nutritive agar (PCA), and has been characterized from the morphological, biochemical and genetic point of view by sequencing the 16s gene. It can be used in order to improve the properties of the extracts with respect to their application on enzymes related to the metabolic syndrome, or in order to modify the secondary metabolism to improve the phenolic compounds in plant species of agronomic, pharmacological and food interest, and obtain more active ingredients and / or new foods with a standardized phenol content.

解淀粉芽孢杆菌(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens)QV15(保藏编号CECT 9371)属于革兰氏阳性(Gram +)菌群,隶属于芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus)。该菌株可作为酚类物质次生代谢的刺激因子,能够提升水果提取物、树莓叶及草莓中与血糖调控(α-葡萄糖苷酶,alpha glucosidase)、高血压(血管紧张素转换酶ACE,angiotensin converting enzyme)及炎症(环氧合酶COX2,cycloxygenase)相关酶的活性。该菌株通过营养琼脂(PCA,nutritive agar)培养基从意大利石松(Pinus pinea)的根际分离得到,并通过16S基因测序完成了形态学、生物化学及遗传学层面的菌株表征。本菌株可用于优化提取物在代谢综合征相关酶调控应用中的性能,或通过调控植物次生代谢,提升具有农艺、药理及食品应用价值的物种中的酚类物质含量,进而获得活性成分更丰富、酚类含量标准化的新型食品及更多有效活性组分。
