PCL compounds excluded due to toxicity in uninfected cells for the IAV screen.

The toxicity of the PCL compounds in absence of infection was evaluated by PrestoBlue viability assay. Compounds are indicated by their PCL catalogue ID (PCL_ID) and names (compoundName). Compounds were classified as toxic, when their normalized value for all replicates was higher than the average +3σ of the DMSO negative control for the corresponding plate. Scores and score standard deviation (scoreSD) of toxic PCL compounds are listed. The PrestoBlue raw data are available at idr0081/3-Screen/Analysis/Toxicity.xls.

本研究采用PrestoBlue细胞活力检测法（PrestoBlue viability assay），评估了未感染状态下PCL化合物的细胞毒性。所有化合物以其PCL目录编号（PCL catalogue ID，PCL_ID）及化合物名称（compoundName）进行标识。当某化合物所有重复实验的归一化数值均高于对应培养板中二甲基亚砜（DMSO）阴性对照的平均值+3σ时，该化合物被判定为具有细胞毒性。具有细胞毒性的PCL化合物的毒性评分及其评分标准差（scoreSD）已在此列出。PrestoBlue细胞活力检测的原始数据可于idr0081/3-Screen/Analysis/Toxicity.xls中获取。
