Common canonical pathways identified using the targets of miRNAs expressed by macrophages infected with different strains of Leptospira spp.

Core analysis from IPA (Ingenuity Pathway Analysis) software was used to identify significant pathways trough B-H Multiple testing correction -log(B-H p-value)>1.3.本研究采用IPA（Ingenuity Pathway Analysis）软件的核心分析功能，通过B-H多重检验校正（Benjamini-Hochberg Multiple Testing Correction），以-log(B-H校正P值)>1.3作为筛选阈值，识别出具有统计学意义的通路。
