本数据集聚焦B6小鼠实验性自身免疫性脑脊髓炎（EAE）致敏阶段的星形胶质细胞网络示踪研究。实验小鼠于EAE致敏阶段取材，样本量n=3。于EAE诱导后7天转导Rab-DG-mCherry-BC载体，随后在转导后7-8天（dpi）对分选得到的mCherry阳性细胞开展分析。
