Supplement for Melton et al., 2022

Dataset contains two compressed General Feature Format (gff) files which contain locations and identities of coding sequences and repetitive DNA sequences within the Big Sagebrush (Artemisia tridentata subsp tridentata) genome data submitted to NCBI under BioProject PRJNA795150 and BioSample SAMN24662005. Annotation data support the Whole Genome Shotgun project deposited at DDBJ/ENA/GenBank under the accession JAKJXK000000000.

本数据集包含两份压缩后的通用特征格式（General Feature Format，简称GFF）文件，其中记录了三齿蒿原亚种（Artemisia tridentata subsp. tridentata）基因组内编码序列与重复DNA序列的位置及特征信息。该基因组数据已以BioProject编号PRJNA795150、BioSample编号SAMN24662005提交至美国国家生物技术信息中心（NCBI）。本注释数据所支撑的全基因组鸟枪法测序项目，已提交至DDBJ/ENA/GenBank，登录号为JAKJXK000000000。
