Intrinsic laryngeal muscles transcriptome in young and adult rats

Due to the technical limitations associated with high quality RNA extraction from the intrinsic laryngeal muscles, a new RNA extraction protocol was developed and the resultant total RNA was sequenced. mRNA sequences from the abductor (posterior cricoarytenoid) and adductor (lateral and medial thyroarytenoid) laryngeal muscles of young and adult Sprague Dawley rats are provided.

鉴于从喉固有肌中提取高质量RNA存在技术瓶颈，本研究开发了一套全新的RNA提取方案，并对提取得到的总RNA进行了测序。本数据集包含幼年及成年斯普拉格-道利（Sprague Dawley）大鼠喉外展肌（环杓后肌）与喉内收肌（甲状杓肌外侧部、甲状杓肌内侧部）的mRNA序列数据。
