RNA sequencing of Saccharomyces cerevisiae wild type and alanyl-tRNA synthetase mutants grown at 30 degrees and challenged at 37 degrees WT, AlaRS C719A and G906D mutant yeast strains were pregrown at 30 degrees, and shifted to 37 degrees for 1 or 2 hours. Cells before and after shifting to 37 degrees were collected and total RNA was prepared for Illumina sequencing
本数据集涵盖在30℃培养并经37℃热激处理的野生型酿酒酵母(Saccharomyces cerevisiae)及丙氨酰-tRNA合成酶(alanyl-tRNA synthetase)突变株的RNA测序数据。具体实验设计如下:野生型(WT)、丙氨酰-tRNA合成酶突变体AlaRS C719A与G906D的酵母菌株先于30℃预培养,随后转移至37℃分别培养1小时或2小时;收集温度转换前后的细胞,提取总RNA用于Illumina测序。
