3D multiplane dSTORM imaging of whole nuclear lamina

Raw data of single molecule photoswitching for 3D multiplane dSTORM of whole COS-7 nuclear lamina. Data from the first z plane, taken at time = 0 h, and the last z plane, taken at time = 1 h, are shown. Movies were captured at 50Hz under high laser power and in the presence of a reducing switching buffer.Also included is the complete SM coordinate list text file to reconstruct the 3D image of the whole COS-7 nuclear lamina.
