The Eurasian spruce bark beetle, Ips typographus (Linnaeus, 1758), is a major forest pest and an important model for studying insect-plant interactions. While previous transcriptomic projects have provided data from a broad set of tissues and life stages, the fat body under feeding induction, a key tissue for metabolism, detoxification, and stress response, has not yet been investigated. To address this gap, we generated RNA-seq data from feeding-induced fat body tissue. These data complement existing transcriptomic resources.
欧洲云杉小蠹(Ips typographus, Linnaeus, 1758)是一类重要的森林害虫,同时也是研究昆虫-植物互作的经典模式生物。尽管既往转录组研究已覆盖多种组织与发育阶段,但取食诱导状态下的脂肪体——这一参与代谢、解毒与应激反应的关键组织——尚未得到相关研究。为填补这一研究空白,本研究生成了取食诱导脂肪体的RNA测序(RNA-seq)数据,该数据集可补充现有转录组资源。
