Homologs of yeast NE proteins across eukaryotes. The homologs of each of the 45 NE proteins across the 74 organisms, along with the GeneID, protein accession, and the various domains (with coordinates) found are shown. Details of each protein are shown in separate sheets of the excel file. The organisms that are not included in RefSeq are represented with their corresponding fasta headers. The homologs in which the conserved regions could not be detected using Pfam, but found using CD-search are mentioned as CDsearch in the brackets following the coordinates. The additional domains found in some of the homologs are bunched under â Othersâ and their coordinates are mentioned in the respective columns. (XLSX 185 kb)

真核生物中酵母核膜（Nuclear Envelope, NE）蛋白的同源蛋白数据集。本数据集涵盖74个物种中45种核膜蛋白的全部同源蛋白，同时附带对应基因标识符（GeneID）、蛋白登录号（protein accession）以及检测到的各类结构域（含位置坐标）信息。每种蛋白的详细信息均存储于该Excel文件的独立工作表内。未收录于参考序列数据库（RefSeq）的物种，将以其对应的fasta序列头作为标识。若某同源蛋白的保守区域无法通过Pfam蛋白质家族数据库检出，但可通过CD-search工具识别，则在其坐标后的括号中标注「CDsearch」。部分同源蛋白中额外发现的结构域将归类至「其他（Others）」项下，其坐标信息将在对应列中列明。（XLSX格式，文件大小185 KB）
