miRNA analysis of murine myoblast EVs following mechanical strain

This dataset contains transcriptomic data representing RNA-seq reads aligned to the Mus musculus reference genome using STAR. RNA was isolated from myoblast EVs following various strain regimens, and additionally from naive myoblasts treated with EVs. This data is associated with the manuscript "Mechanical Loading Alters the microRNA Content and Bioactivity of Primary Myoblast Extracellular Vesicles to Promote Myogenic Differentiation".
