RNA-seq analysis of genes involved in efferocytosis of S2 cell, Raw sequence reads. Drosophila melanogaster

To identify the candidate genes potentially involved in efferocytosis, transcriptomic analysis of S2 cells engulfing a single dose or double dose of ACs for 6 h, as well as S2 cells not exposed to ACs.
