Synthetic Employee Records Dataset (SERD)

This dataset contains a set of occupational and identity information of employees of a fictitious company, which includes 6 document files including "certificates", "identification cards", "documents", " letters", "reprimands" ,and "Commendations".
The purpose of creating this dataset has been to provide a comprehensive database for use in scientific and research articles because similar data are not easily accessible on the Internet due to the sensitivities associated with personal and identity information. Therefore, this dataset only contains imaginary data. The information in it is all fake, and we also downloaded the employee id card from the fakedownload site. This dataset allows us to provide practical and usable data for scientific research without using real and sensitive information.

本数据集收录某虚构企业员工的职业与身份信息集合，涵盖证书（certificates）、身份证（identification cards）、文档（documents）、信函（letters）、训诫函（reprimands）与嘉奖函（Commendations）共6类文档文件。
本数据集的构建目的是为科研学术论文提供全面可用的数据库资源——由于个人与身份信息涉及敏感性问题，互联网上难以获取此类同类数据。因此本数据集仅包含虚构内容，所有信息均为伪造，且其中的员工身份证样本均取自虚假下载站点（fakedownload site）。本数据集可在不使用真实敏感信息的前提下，为科学研究提供具备实用性与可用性的数据支持。
