The aim of this study is to highlight the phytochemical composition and antioxidant potential of the ethereal extract of the leaves of Vernoniaamygdalina, a plant used in traditional medicine in Côte dIvoire.Phytochemical studies using TLC and LC-MS revealed, in addition to coumarins, flavonoids and phenolic acids. Determination of the antioxidant potential by TLC and spectrophotometry using the DPPH radical showed the antioxidant power of Vernoniaamygdalina leaves with a CR50 of 0.01995 ± 0.2x10-5 % mg/mL.The many pharmacological properties of V. amygdalina would therefore depend on the coexistence of these phytocompounds.
本研究旨在阐明科特迪瓦传统药用植物扁桃斑鸠菊(Vernonia amygdalina)叶片乙醚提取物的植物化学成分组成与抗氧化活性。采用薄层色谱(Thin Layer Chromatography, TLC)与液相色谱-质谱联用(Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry, LC-MS)开展的植物化学研究结果显示,该提取物中含有香豆素类、黄酮类及酚酸类等成分。采用薄层色谱、分光光度法结合1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(DPPH)自由基法测定其抗氧化活性,结果表明扁桃斑鸠菊叶片提取物具备抗氧化能力,其半数抑制浓度(CR50)为0.01995 ± 0.2×10^-5 % mg/mL。因此,扁桃斑鸠菊(V. amygdalina)的多种药理活性均有赖于这些植物活性成分的协同共存。
