本研究采用小RNA测序(small RNA sequencing)技术,对被蕙兰斑驳病毒(CymMV)与兰花环斑病毒(ORSV)混合侵染的蝴蝶兰(Phalaenopsis orchid)样本中,源自抗病毒RNA沉默机制的病毒小干扰RNA(viral siRNA)开展了表达谱分析。实验设计概述:以美花蝴蝶兰(P. amabilis)在蕙兰斑驳病毒与兰花环斑病毒混合侵染的不同病程阶段的叶片组织为材料,构建小RNA文库(small RNA libraries),并通过Illumina MiSeq测序平台完成测序。
