Benchmarking_tissue_preparation_Stage2

This dataset consists of two folders: 1) data_mesmer, which contains the .csv files of single-cell marker signal intensity data from Mesmer cell segmentation for all experiments. These files were used as input for the data preprocessing and visualization pipeline. Refer to the ‘README.md’ for more details. 2) data_cellXpress, which contains the .csv files of single-cell marker signal intensity data from cellXpress2 cell segmentation for all experiments.
