Data for "Towards standardized processing of eddy covariance flux measurements of carbonyl sulfide"

The final data set used in manuscript "Towards standardized processing of eddy covariance flux measurements of carbonyl sulfide" by Kohonen et al. (2020). The data set contains carbonyl sulfide (COS), carbon dioxide (CO2), carbon monoxide (CO) and water vapor (H2O) fluxes, together with flux ancillary data, measured at Hyytiälä forest in Juupajoki, Southern Finland, from July 2015 to October 2015. Hyytiala_COS_ECflux_2015.csv includes the quality screened flux data without u* filtering or storage correction. Final_ECfluxes_2015.dat includes the final data set of quality screened, u* filtered, storage corrected and gap-filled flux data. Raw data and data processed with other processing options are available upon request from the author.本数据集为Kohonen等人（2020）发表的学术手稿《面向羰基硫（carbonyl sulfide, COS）涡度协方差通量（eddy covariance flux）测量的标准化处理》所采用的最终数据集。该数据集涵盖2015年7月至2015年10月期间，于芬兰南部尤帕约基（Juupajoki）的Hyytiälä森林实地观测获取的羰基硫（carbonyl sulfide, COS）、二氧化碳（carbon dioxide, CO₂）、一氧化碳（carbon monoxide, CO）与水汽（water vapor, H₂O）通量数据，以及配套的通量辅助数据。其中，Hyytiala_COS_ECflux_2015.csv包含已完成质量筛选，但未施加u*滤波（u* filtering）与储存校正（storage correction）的通量数据；Final_ECfluxes_2015.dat则包含经过质量筛选、u*滤波、储存校正以及间隙填充（gap-filled）处理的最终通量数据集。原始数据以及采用其他处理方案得到的加工数据可向作者申请获取。
