Drosophila suzukii Umbrella project

The genome an an inbred line of Drosophila suzukii was resequenced and assembled at a near-chromosome level using long read technology to improve the genomic resources over the current genome sequences. In addition, we explored the possible sources of residual genetic diversity in the line.

本研究对斑翅果蝇（Drosophila suzukii）近交系的基因组进行了重测序，并利用长读长测序技术将其组装至近染色体水平，以优化现有基因组序列所支撑的基因组资源。此外，本研究还探究了该近交系中残余遗传多样性的潜在来源。
