Phylogenies Chromosome

Phylogenies along the chromosome arms using PhyML in 5,000 base pair windows. Phylogenies contain 2 haplotypes for each individual sequenced.采用PhyML软件，以5000碱基对为窗口构建沿染色体臂分布的系统发育树。每个测序个体在该系统发育树中均包含2种单倍型（haplotype）。
