This BioProject includes reduced representation genomic sequencing data obtained by genotyping by sequencing (GBS) of 6 kiwifruit plants (Actinidia chinensis). These plants were selected based on family relationships, representing five different genotypes (samples KFA and KFB are clones). These plants and the two total genomic DNA extractions obtained from each of them constitute the biological replicates components of the experimental design created for developing the random tagging GBS method at The New Zealand Institute for Plant & Food Research, Ltd.

本生物项目(BioProject)包含6株中华猕猴桃(Actinidia chinensis)通过测序分型(genotyping by sequencing, GBS)获取的简化基因组测序数据。该批植株基于家系关系筛选获得,共代表5种不同的基因型(样本KFA与KFB为克隆株系)。新西兰植物与食品研究有限公司(The New Zealand Institute for Plant & Food Research, Ltd.)为开发随机标签测序分型(random tagging GBS)方法构建了本次实验设计,上述植株以及从每株植株提取的两份全基因组DNA提取物,即为该实验设计的生物学重复组分。
