Transcriptome and proteome analysis in LUHMES cells overexpressing alpha-synuclein

Differential transcriptome analysis in LUHMES cells overexpressing human wild-type alpha-synuclein or GFP Total RNA was obtained from LUHMES cells that were transduced with adenoviral vectors to overexpress human wild-type alpha-synuclein or GFP under a CMV promoter four days after transduction
