Underlying data and R script of the paper "<b>Atmospheric nitrogen deposition is related to plant biodiversity loss at multiple spatial scales</b>" (van der Plas et al, in press, Global Change Biology). The following data files are present:Data domin xlsx: all vegetation records. That is, presence and cover of plant species in 153 sites, with 5 plots (quadrats) per site. 本数据集对应论文《大气氮沉降与多空间尺度下植物生物多样性丧失相关》（Atmospheric nitrogen deposition is related to plant biodiversity loss at multiple spatial scales，范德普拉斯等，已录用待刊于《Global Change Biology》）的原始数据与配套R脚本。当前包含以下数据文件：
1. Data domin xlsx：收录全部植被调查记录，即153个样地内各植物物种的出现情况与盖度，每个样地设置5个样方（quadrats）。详细说明请参阅该文件内的元数据表。
