Underlying data and R script of the paper "<b>Atmospheric nitrogen deposition is related to plant biodiversity loss at multiple spatial scales</b>" (van der Plas et al, in press, Global Change Biology). The following data files are present:Data domin xlsx: all vegetation records. That is, presence and cover of plant species in 153 sites, with 5 plots (quadrats) per site. See for more detailed explanations the metadata sheet inside the file.basic.plot.info: for each site, basic info (e.g. country, coordinates, elevation, N deposition levels) is given. See for more detailed explanations the metadata sheet inside the file.environmental.data: environmental data (e.g. related to climate, soil factors, management or deposition levels) for all of the sites.
