UGANDA (2010): Baseline Survey on Levels and Determinants of Cross Generation Sex among Young Girls (15-19 years) in selected secondary schools in Uganda

PACE conducted a baseline survey designed to provide baseline data to inform implementation of anti cross generational sex activities among young women aim secondary schools in the project districts of Kampala, Mukono, Wakiso, and Mbarara. The study was cross sectional in nature and utilized quantitative methods of data collection using a structured questionnaire. A representative sample of 2410 young women were interviewed from schools classified as poor socio-economic and low performance level schools (Low)and high socio-economic status and high performance level schools (High).

PACE开展了一项基线调查，旨在获取基线数据，为坎帕拉（Kampala）、穆科诺（Mukono）、瓦基索（Wakiso）及姆巴拉拉（Mbarara）项目区内中学青年女性群体的跨代性行为预防活动实施提供决策依据。本研究为横断面研究，采用结构化问卷开展定量数据收集。研究从两类学校中抽取具有代表性的样本：社会经济水平较低且学业表现欠佳的学校（简称“低校”），以及社会经济地位较高且学业表现优异的学校（简称“高校”），最终共访谈2410名青年女性。
