Study on tetracycline resistance of Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus FXJWS19L2

We used transcriptomic techniques to investigate the changes in expression levels of all genes in the strain after the addition of tetracycline, as a way to investigate the resistance mechanism of the strain to tetracycline.

本研究采用转录组学技术（transcriptomic techniques），探究该菌株在添加四环素（tetracycline）后其体内所有基因的表达水平变化，以此解析该菌株对四环素的抗性机制。
