Comprehensive transcriptome analysis regarding CDR1AS expression

We determined the gene expression changes by CDR1AS expression in colon cancer cells CDR1AS RNA was expressed in colon cancer cell lines. To determine the gene expression changes dependent on this circular RNA, we used control cells and DR1AS-expressing cells for the cDNA microarrya analyses.

本研究旨在探究结直肠癌细胞中CDR1AS（CDR1AS）的表达对基因表达的调控变化。首先明确CDR1AS RNA在结肠癌细胞系中存在表达。为了确定该环状RNA（circular RNA）所调控的基因表达改变，我们设置对照组细胞与过表达CDR1AS的细胞，开展cDNA微阵列（cDNA microarray）分析。
