We hypothsized that SMRT sequencing producing long length reads may provide more conprehensive transcriptome and accurate downstream analysis than next generation sequencing. Here we annotated the unigenes of the long length transcriptome and analysis the DEGs. We found that DEGs were present between sexes during early developmental stages of the mud crab. 我们提出如下假设:相较于下一代测序,可产出长读长序列的单分子实时测序(SMRT, Single-Molecule Real-Time Sequencing)能够为转录组研究提供更为全面的转录组数据与更精准的下游分析结果。本研究对长读长转录组的单基因(unigenes)进行了注释,并开展了差异表达基因(Differentially Expressed Genes, DEGs)分析。我们发现,在泥蟹早期发育阶段,不同性别间存在差异表达基因,且鉴定出若干潜在参与性别分化的重要KEGG通路。
