Seedlings of diploid and tetraploid accessions representative of two species with highly contrasted behavior against salt stress (tolerant Citrus reshni Hort. ex Tan. and susceptible Poncirus trifoliata (L.) Raf.) have been submitted to salt stress. RNASeq was performed on both control and treated plants to analyze the implication of the species, the ploidy and their interaction in the transcriptomic response to salt stress.

本研究选取对盐胁迫响应行为差异显著的两个物种的代表性二倍体与四倍体种质幼苗——耐盐的克利夫兰枳橙(Citrus reshni Hort. ex Tan.)与盐敏感的枳(Poncirus trifoliata (L.) Raf.),对其施加盐胁迫处理。随后分别对对照组与处理组植株开展RNA测序(RNASeq),以解析物种类型、倍性水平及其交互作用在植株应对盐胁迫的转录组响应中的调控效应。
