Dataset for: Nutritional Analysis of native potato in Huancayo - Junin, 2006

A study of vitamin C and carotenoid compounds was carried out on six varieties of native potatoes using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD). This assessment was conducted with planted materials in the Junin region during the year 2006.

本研究采用完全随机设计（Completely Randomized Design, CRD），对6个本土马铃薯品种的维生素C与类胡萝卜素化合物含量进行了测定分析。本次试验于2006年在胡宁地区开展，供试材料为定植的马铃薯植株。
