Determination of plastic additive content using UHPLC-MS/MS. The soil samples were processed and analysed based on the method by Dvorakova et al. (2024, https://doi.org/10.1016/j.scitotenv.2024.174492). The earthworm samples were analysised using an in-house validated method described in an under-preparation manuscript by Saartama et al. entitled "Effects of conventional and biodegradable microplastics on earthworm Eisenia andrei in two generations" . The grain samples were analysed using an in-house validated method that will be published, hopefully in the near future.

本数据集采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(UHPLC-MS/MS)测定塑料添加剂含量。土壤样品的前处理与分析参考Dvorakova等2024年发表的方法(https://doi.org/10.1016/j.scitotenv.2024.174492)。蚯蚓样品的分析采用Saartama等撰写的待投稿手稿中记载的实验室内部验证方法,该手稿标题为《两代赤子爱胜蚓受传统微塑料与可生物降解微塑料的影响》(英文原标题:Effects of conventional and biodegradable microplastics on earthworm Eisenia andrei in two generations)。谷物样品的分析采用拟于近期正式发表的实验室内部验证方法。
