The beneficial effects of dietary restriction (DR) are associated with a rearrangement of gene expression that modulate metabolic and cytoprotective pathways. However, the effect of DR on the cerebellar transcriptome remained to be fully defined. Therefore we analyzed the effect of 30% DR on the transcriptome of cerebellar cortex of young-adult male mice using RNAseq. 饮食限制(Dietary Restriction, DR)的有益效应与调控代谢及细胞保护通路的基因表达重编程息息相关。然而,DR对小脑转录组的影响仍有待全面阐明。为此,本研究采用RNA测序(RNAseq)技术,分析了30%饮食限制对年轻成年雄性小鼠小脑皮层转录组的影响。整体实验设计:通过基因表达谱分析,对不同饮食条件下小鼠的小脑皮层进行了检测。
