Codes for local resistance equivalence pore-throat segmentation (LoREPorTS)

The codes are used to locate the boundary between a pore and a throat when extracting networks from the digital core. Documentation and examples to illustrate the usage of the program are included. Moreover, the codes to calculate absolute permeability based on the extracted network are included, too. Note, the porespy (version 2.0.2) and openpnm (version 2.6.1) must be pre-installed in order to run the codes successfully.
