This project focuses on investigating the impacts of climatic change on soil nematode diversity in typical agricultural ecosystems in northwest China. With the use of high-throughput sequencing (HTS) technology, 18S sequencing data was obtained from soil samples collected across agricultural ecosystems experiencing varying precipitation levels. The taxonomic composition of soil nematode communities will be analyzed based on this data.
本研究聚焦于探究气候变化对中国西北典型农业生态系统土壤线虫多样性的影响。通过高通量测序(High-Throughput Sequencing,HTS)技术,本研究从覆盖不同降水梯度的农业生态系统采集的土壤样本中获得了18S测序数据,后续将基于该数据对土壤线虫群落的分类组成展开分析。
