Historical IVT data of SPEAR-LE (ens03)

The repository contains the historical scenario simulation (3rd ensemble) of GFDL SPEAR large ensemble data. The data is used to support the finding in the paper entitled "When will humanity notice its impacts on atmospheric rivers?" by Tseng et al.
