Association of variations on candidate genes with Gastric ulcer.

We analyzed 1,862 gastric ulcer cases and 17,482 controls in this analysis. Chr.,chromosome; Postion in the NCBI Build 36.3.aP values were calculated by Cochran Armitage trend test.bOR, odds ratio was calculated by considering the major allele as the reference.

本研究共纳入1862例胃溃疡病例与17482例对照开展分析。染色体（Chr.）；NCBI Build 36.3版本中的基因组位置。a P值通过科克兰-阿米蒂奇趋势检验（Cochran-Armitage trend test）计算得出；b 比值比（odds ratio）以主要等位基因为参照进行计算。
