We conducted 120-day anaerobic incubations on two organic-poor sediments from Baoding Plain aquifer, using raw reclaimed water and OM augmentations (20 mg-C/L OM and 200 mg-C/L OM). This examined Fe reduction and As mobilization from reclaimed water infiltration. 16S rRNA amplicon sequencing assessed microbial community changes, focusing on denitrifiers, Fe(III) reducers, and sulfate reducers.
本研究针对保定平原含水层中的两种贫有机质沉积物,采用原再生水与两组有机质(OM)添加体系(添加浓度分别为20 mg-C/L、200 mg-C/L)开展了为期120天的厌氧培养实验,以探究再生水入渗过程中的铁还原反应与砷迁移活化机制。本研究通过16S rRNA扩增子测序(16S rRNA amplicon sequencing)分析微生物群落结构的动态变化,重点关注反硝化菌、三价铁还原菌与硫酸盐还原菌的群落响应。
