FracFeed - Global database of the fraction of feeding predators

A compilation of predator diet surveys that report on the proportion of "empty stomachs" or "not feeding individuals" (i.e., the Fraction of Feeding individuals).

FracFeed_Data.csv - the compilation of fraction feeding and covariate data;FracFeed_Metadata.csv - column descriptions for FracFeed_Data;FracFeed_Citations.csv - source citations for FracFeed_Data;FracFeed_Citations_BodyMass.csv - source citations for predator body mass informationTaxonomic standardization uses the Open Tree of Life through the rotl package.

本数据集为捕食者饮食调查的汇编集合，记录了「空胃个体」与「未摄食个体」的占比（即摄食个体占比，Fraction of Feeding individuals）。
FracFeed_Data.csv：存储摄食占比与协变量数据的汇编文件；FracFeed_Metadata.csv：FracFeed_Data.csv的字段说明文件；FracFeed_Citations.csv：FracFeed_Data.csv的来源引用文件；FracFeed_Citations_BodyMass.csv：捕食者体重信息的来源引用文件。
本数据集通过rotl包调用生命之树开放项目（Open Tree of Life）完成分类学标准化。
