Gli3 and Hand2 ChIP-sequencing were done on E11.5 whole face or dissected mandibular prominences Overall design: ChIP was performed with FLAG antibodies on either E10.5 whole face or E10.5 dissected mandibular prominences of mice with endogenous FLAG tags in either the Gli3 or Hand2 locus. 1X75bp reads were generated on a NextSeq (Illumina) instrument.

本研究针对Gli3与Hand2基因开展染色质免疫共沉淀测序（ChIP-sequencing），测序样本取自胚胎发育第11.5天（E11.5）的小鼠全脸组织或解剖分离的下颌突。实验设计概述：针对在Gli3或Hand2基因座带有内源性FLAG标签的小鼠，分别采集其胚胎发育第10.5天（E10.5）的全脸组织或解剖分离的下颌突，使用FLAG抗体完成染色质免疫共沉淀（ChIP）实验。测序工作在Illumina NextSeq测序平台上开展，生成1×75 bp的单端测序读段。
