The effect of polyhydroxyalkanoates (PHAs) with different composition on the reductive dechlorination activity of a polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) dechlorinating marine microbial community and on the activity of sulfate-reducing (SRB) and methanogenic bacteria (MB), were investigated in marine sediment microcosms and compared with the main monomer, 3-hydroxybutyric acid (3HB). Microbial community in marine sediment microcosms was analyzed using 16S rRNA gene Illumina sequence (V3-V4 region) after 89 days of incubation with the different amendments.

本研究以海洋沉积物微宇宙为实验体系,探究不同组成的聚羟基脂肪酸酯(polyhydroxyalkanoates, PHAs)对多氯联苯(polychlorinated biphenyls, PCBs)脱氯海洋微生物群落的还原脱氯活性,以及对硫酸盐还原菌(sulfate-reducing, SRB)和产甲烷菌(methanogenic bacteria, MB)活性的影响,并以其主要单体3-羟基丁酸(3-hydroxybutyric acid, 3HB)作为对照。经不同添加物培养89天后,采用16S rRNA基因Illumina测序(V3-V4区)对海洋沉积物微宇宙中的微生物群落进行分析。
