C1c Corangamite Coastal Country Program - NRM comminity skills knowledge and engagement

C1c) NRM CSKE - This sub-project (the Project) will use multiple scales of incentive, coupled with an appropriate engagement and capacity building program to deliver on ground conservation outcomes for coastal biodiversity as well as the increased protection/enhancement of the Port Phillip Bay (western Shoreline) & Bellarine Peninsula Ramsar site.

Community based groups will be supported to participate in the delivery of coastal conservation outcomes through the provision of small grants.

A larger scale incentive program will build on the success of the previous Corangamite CoastalTender and multi-regional Saltmarsh Protection Projects and a direct targeted incentive scheme will be used where appropriate and where value for money can also be suitably assessed.

C1c) NRM CSKE：本子项目（下称“本项目”）将采用多尺度激励机制，搭配适配的参与引导与能力建设计划，以达成沿海生物多样性的实地保护成果，并加强对菲利普港湾（西岸）及贝林瑞半岛拉姆萨尔湿地（Ramsar Site）的保护与修复工作。

本项目将通过提供小额资助，支持社区团体参与沿海保护成果的落地实施。

大型激励项目将延续此前科兰加迈特海岸招标（Corangamite CoastalTender）与多区域盐沼保护项目的成功经验，并在适宜场景且可合理评估投入产出比的前提下，采用直接定向激励方案。
